Standing Row - Improve your posture

International Personal Trainer, Charlene Hutsebaut of Positively Slim, shows you how to do a standing row in the park, with tubing. Use this as an alternative to weight training in the gym to tone your back (lats) and biceps muscles. This is also an excellent way to improve your posture by making sure your shoulder blades stay back and down throughout the entire set. Remember weight training is an important part of weight maintenance and/or weight loss.
